Indications

• BiKNU is indicated as a palliative treatment as a single agent or in approved combination therapy regimens with other approved chemotherapeutic agents in the following diseases:
• Malignant brain tumors: glioblastoma, brainstem glioma, medulloblastoma, astrocytoma, ependymoma, and metastatic brain tumors.
• Multiple myeloma (in combination with prednisolone).
• Hodgkin's lymphoma (as second-line therapy in combination with other approved drugs in patients with relapses of the disease during primary therapy or when it is ineffective).
• Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (as second-line therapy in combination with other (Tested drugs in patients with relapse of the disease during primary therapy or when it is ineffective).
• Malignant melanoma.
