Indications for Tracleer®

Treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) to improve exercise tolerance and clinical symptoms in patients with WHO functional classes (FC) II-IV, adults and children over 3 years of age, including:

primary (idiopathic and hereditary) pulmonary arterial hypertension;

secondary PAH due to scleroderma in the absence of significant interstitial lung disease;

PAH associated with congenital heart defects and, in particular, with hemodynamic abnormalities such as Eisenmenger syndrome.
