Indications for Use

Treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma with the BRAF V600 gene mutation.

Direction for Administration

Adults: The recommended dose of Mekinist is 2 mg orally once daily, taken with a large glass of water. The drug should be taken at least one hour before meals or two hours after. If you miss a dose, do not take Mekinist tablets if it is less than 12 hours before the next dose.
